When will I receive my Cashback Plus Reward?

Your Cashback Plus Reward will be applied to your bill annually, on the Anniversary Date of your Energy Plan.
How will the Cashback Plus Reward appear on my bill?

The Cashback Plus Reward will be applied annually to your bill as a credit. It will be used to reduce your energy usage charges on your gas and/or electric bill.
If I leave my plan early, will I still be entitled to Cashback Plus?

You will earn annual Cashback Plus Rewards on each Anniversary Date of your Plan. Any unpaid rewards will expire automatically and will not be paid as cash if this plan is cancelled early.
